Students vote in April each year to elect a new student government. It includes the A.S. Executive Officers and the A.S. Legislative Council (Leg Council), though this year the Legislative Council voted to change its name to the Senate. The name change will take effect in Summer quarter 2012 and the newly elected Leg Council representatives will then be Senators.

Each year a poster is displayed in the University Center with the current student government members.
