INTRODUCTION
The AS Bike Shop has served UCSB and the Isla Vista community since 1974. It’s a 100% student-funded non-profit organization dedicated to bikes and transportation alternatives, education, service, and safety. Students can find everything needed to get their bikes running smoothly and safely. All students have to do is bring their Access card, a bike, some time, and an inclination to learn. As in past years, The Bike Shop provided the tools and advice. Anything else students needed, the shop offered at the lowest possible prices.
