INTRODUCTION

AS Tech Services Committee  promotes the use of appropriate technology on the UCSB campus. TSC works to communicate and work with all entities on the UCSB campus to provide technological services to the students of UCSB and helps ensure that student technological needs are fulfilled.

LAN PARTIES

TSC hosts quarterly Local Access Network (LAN) parties which are attended by over 100 people. A LAN party is a gathering of people with computers or compatible game consoles, between which they establish a local area network (LAN), primarily for the purpose of playing multiplayer video games.
